体内クレンジング・カナダのベジタリアン味噌スープ

昨日紹介した体内のクレンジグ・味噌スープのレシピです。

どうやら野菜のストックを入れるらしいですが、どうでしょう・・・ 試してみます?  コツはハイ・クオリティーのオーガニック味噌を利用するらしいです。

体内クレンジングベジタリアン味噌スープレシピ (写真つき)

Make sure you go for high-quality organic miso when making this soup.

Veggielicious Miso Soup

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups of veggie broth (use homemade or low sodium)
2-3 tbsp of high quality organic miso (according to taste)
1/2 cup of veggies of choice (i.e. carrots, mushrooms, red peppers, sweet potatoes and/or grated cabbage)
2 sheets of nori, ripped into small pieces
1 tsp of sesame oil

Directions

Combine broth and miso, stir well and bring to a soft boil. Turn down to a simmer. Place your veggies in the broth. Allow simmering for about 15 minutes or so until veggies are soft (sweet potato pieces take longer to soften and should be added first). Take off heat and add small pieces of nori. Add 1 tsp of oil and stir well. Enjoy!
